Restylane Injections

Restylane is part of a group known as ' dermal fillers'. As these products are identical to natural substances in the body it means they are completely natural and safe.

Restylane is used to fill out or plump up lines on your face that have been created by the loss of elasticity in the skin as you age.

It can effectively smooth wrinkles and folds and is sometimes used together with Botox and other skin care treatments for complete skin care therapy.

By restoring the volume to these areas your skin will look smoother and softer, resulting in a fresher and more youthful appearance.

Restylane is a long lasting gel that once injected into the skin using an ultra-fine needle lifts and add volume to the areas being treated. The procedure takes about 10-20 minutes and the results are instant.

After the injections there may be some redness and minimal swelling, which normally goes away in 1 – 2 days. Most patients have top-ups when they feel the effect is starting to wear off.
